Pine honey
Pine honey comes from honey dew pine. Preferred by consumers because it is not very sweet compared to flower honey. The nutritional value due to the large number of different substances that coexist in its recommendation.
It has a high content of sodium and potassium as well as strong antimicrobial properties. It has antiseptic, helps treat inflammation and acts against cough.
Collected from the pine forests of Chalkidiki, Evia, Thassos, Epirus during the months of August-October.
